Iam the wife of the Prime Minister of
India, honourable Mr Narendra Modi,
and currently live at my brother
Ashokbhai Modi's house at Unjha.

Please provide relevant documents
under the Right to Information Act
pertaining to the following:

1. Under which provision of the law
we, the honourable prime minister's
brothers, sisters, mother and I, have
been extended security? You are
requested to urgently provide a
certified copy of that order under
which we have been given security.

2. On whose order has protection
been extended to me? Please provide
a copy of the order urgently.

3. I am the wife of the prime minister
of India and have been extended
security as per protocol. Which else
service can be extended to me under
the protocol? Please give me detailed
description of the protocol.

4. I, Jashodaben Modi, am the wife
of the prime minister of India. I travel
in public transport. My security
personnel travel in government
vehicle. On whose order do they do
so? Please urgently give me a
certified copy of that order.

5. Is protocol applicable to me? I
travel in public transport, but security
personnel travel in government
vehicle. On whose order do they do
so? Please urgently give me a
certified copy of the order.

6. What is the duty of the security
personnel who have been deployed
to protect me. Please urgently give
me information on the way they
function.

7. I am the wife of the prime minister
of India. The security personnel tell
me that they should be welcomed
like guests. Which law makes
provision for the same or which
portion of the protocol prescribes
this? Please give a certified copy of
the relevant order.

8. When security officers concerned
are approached for the order under
which they provide security, they say
that they do not have a copy of that
order. Then on whose order is the
security deployed? Please give a
certified copy of the relevant order.

9. I am very scared of the security
personnel as the security guards of
(former) prime minister Indiraben
Gandhi had shot her dead. If the
security personnel deployed do not
keep the (deployment) order then on
whose order they do so (not keep the
deployment order)? Please give a
certified copy of the order (under
which they do not keep the
deployment order).

10. It is an issue of life and death for
me. Hence according to the law, you
are requested to provide certified
copies of the information sought
within 48 hours.

I have furnished applicable postal
stamp (Rs 20) with this application,
and am ready to pay the fee
applicable to get the certified copies
of the information sought. So please
urgently make available the relevant
certified copies.
